How price alerts work
When and how GrailHawk notifies you.
GrailHawk checks active watches on a schedule. When a completed check finds a qualified listing at or below its target, GrailHawk creates an in-app notification and attempts email delivery.
No duplicate pings
Each specific listing only ever alerts you once. If the same card is still up on the next scan, we won't ping you again — so your inbox stays signal, not noise.
What is and is not guaranteed
Alert checks and delivery are monitored but not guaranteed. Marketplace outages, source limits, matching uncertainty, or email-provider interruptions can delay or prevent a notification. GrailHawk is not currently selling a speed or delivery service-level promise.
Use an alert as a review prompt. Confirm the exact printing, grade, condition, seller, shipping, and all-in price on the marketplace before buying.
