Is GrailHawk free?
Yes. Free covers up to 3 active watches. Pro adds expanded watch capacity and auction filters. Portfolio tracking is available on Free; weekly portfolio digests prioritize Pro. Alert timing and delivery are monitored but not guaranteed.
What is Portfolio vs Wishlist?
Wishlist (watches) are price alerts for cards you want to buy. Portfolio is what you already own — live value, historical charts, and P/L. Use I own this on a watch after you buy to move it into Portfolio.
Which marketplaces do you track?
The current card product uses eBay and participating Shopify catalogs. StockX and GOAT are not used. Watches and sneakers are coming soon.
Do you sell cards?
No — GrailHawk is a price tracker, not a marketplace. We point you to the best listing and let you buy directly on eBay.
How fast are alerts?
Alert timing varies with marketplace availability, the watch queue, matching, and email delivery. GrailHawk monitors the system but does not currently promise a paid speed or delivery SLA.
